1. Age Verification Policy
Cigar Parlor does not sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. There are no exceptions.
We utilize a third-party age verification system to verify your identity and age at checkout. By using this site, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information.
Verification Process: We reserve the right to ask for a photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) prior to processing your order.
Falsifying Information: Attempting to buy tobacco products underage is a crime. We report all fraudulent attempts to the relevant authorities.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is being placed by or for a minor.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship premium cigars to most states within the continental United States, in accordance with all federal and state laws.
Adult Signature Required: By law, all packages containing tobacco products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. Packages cannot be dropped off on a doorstep. If you are not home, the carrier will make subsequent attempts or hold the package at a local facility.
Shipping Exclusions: Due to state regulations, we do not ship tobacco products to: [List states like Utah, South Dakota, or others based on your specific legal advice].
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Return & Refund Policy
Because cigars are a perishable natural product affected by humidity and temperature, we have a strict return policy to ensure quality control.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please save the original packaging and the cigars. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Taste/Preference: We cannot accept returns because you did not enjoy the flavor profile of a specific cigar.
Return Authorization: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns received without prior authorization will not be refunded.
4. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Cigar Parlor collects customer information (name, address, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of processing orders, verifying age, and improving your experience.
Data Sharing: We never sell your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.
Security: Your payment information is processed via a secure, encrypted gateway. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
5. Surgeon General Warning
SURGEON GENERAL WARNING: Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale. Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes.

Install an Age Gate: Before a user can even see your homepage, you need a pop-up that asks them to confirm they are 21+.
Verify Your Payment Processor: Many standard processors (like Stripe or PayPal) have strict rules or bans on tobacco. Ensure you have a “High Risk” merchant account or a processor that explicitly allows tobacco sales.
Check Your Shipping Carrier: UPS and FedEx have specific contracts for tobacco shipping. You generally cannot just drop a box of cigars in a standard drop box without a tobacco contract in place.
